The Spider Translator cover version of "A Perfect Day to Drop the Bomb" has been mixed and submitted for use in the upcoming Carter USM cover album "The Music That Nobody Likes." The CD is slated for a December / January release, and purchase info will be provided as it becomes available.

Mr. Erickson reports that he spent a long weekend recording with Dick Taut for an upcoming full length CD. In true Dick Taut fashion, the whole disc was recorded in one marathon recording session.

A recent peek into Mr. Erickson's studio has revealed that the rumors of ST's inclusion on an upcoming Carter USM tribute/cover CD is probably true. A very interesting version of "A Perfect Day to Drop the Bomb" has been tracked minus some backing vocals and is currently festering on Mr. E's hard drive.

Mr. Erickson tells us that he has spent some time recently helping Charlie complete a 12" single remix of Human Aftertaste's cover version of "Goodbye Horses". You'll remember the song from Silence of the Lambs. Watch for a late summer/fall release.

Details are starting to surface regarding the new Spider Translator album. Sources tell us that at least fourteen new songs have been recorded, and production is about 80% complete.
